Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Read this before you use singerrequests.lat. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Refer. We Do Not Repair.

Singerrequests Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or other equipment. An independent provider does any work in your home. Singerrequests Heating & Air does not.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected to a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of their work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

This site gives general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and system is different. What fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Price shifts with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general. We do not promise any level of savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply.

Safety First

HVAC equipment involves electricity and refrigerant. Many homes also have natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home. Then contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Singerrequests Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or has no errors.
