The provider reaches out to you. They may ask a few questions. They may suggest a visit to see the system. Availability varies, so timing depends on the provider and the season.

Busy week? Say which days and times work. Mention pets, kids' nap times or work-from-home hours. Providers can plan around your day.
No obligation
An estimate is not a contract. You can compare, ask questions or say no. Ask for the quote in writing. Prices vary by job, so a written number beats a guess.
When the work is done, ask the provider what to do to keep the problem from coming back.
